John Thielen
John Thielen is the founder of Flyway Customs and Master Call Turner.
He grew up in a big hunting family, so when he was looking for a hobby, turning custom game calls seemed like a natural step.
After a period of trial and error, John found a style that he liked. He decided to turn his new found hobby into a business. Flyway Customs was born! Starting with duck calls and the hopes of evolving into a series of other game calls, the company is growing and the name becoming better known.
John is eager to touch on many different parts of the hunting experience and looks forward to expanding the company.

Taylor’s senior year of high school he met now best friends John and Matt who introduced Taylor to a whole new world of hunting.
Taylor was now hooked on hunting and knew from his first hunt that it was in his blood. Taylor has been hunting for many years now and can never seem to get enough of it.
Taylor then joined the flyway customs pro staff where he hopes to further his passion in hunting and hoping one day to share it with his son.

Jessie Biddle
Jesse Biddle was born in Wadena Minnesota. He grew up with most of his family only deer hunting. When he was 11 his friends dad took him out on the early youth hunt and he have been hooked ever since.
He also hunts white-tail deer, mule deer, pheasents and antelope.
Waterfowling takes alot of time and scouting, but when you get out in the field and have a good hunt all the driving and time pays off.
Jesse would like to introduce some new people and kids in to waterfowling just like he was.

Hunting is a huge part of my life ever since before I can remember I have been hunting or around hunting. My grandfather taught me to love every aspect of the sport not just the good days when you shoot a monster buck or a pile of ducks.
Everything from calling to setting out decoys, even sitting quiet and just being outside. Rain, shine, wind, or snow you can bet if its duck season I will be hunting. One of my favorite things about hunting is not even the killing aspect of the sport.
For me the best rush is just watching the birds in the wild. Listening the intricately of the calls and the amazing beauty of the birds. It is extremely humbling for me to see the complexity of waterfowl. The scenery is just amazingly beautiful. There are no words to describe how it feels to see the sun rise over a duck pond or corn field.
I have tried to make the sport of hunting almost into a science. I spend about two hours a day five days a week practicing my calls.
When I am not blowing calls I’ll be at my loading bench loading rifle or shotgun rounds.
Hunting is without a doubt the single greatest passion of my life but if I am being honest all of the different things that I hunt for in the year are all just a way to pass time till I am back in a blind hunting ducks.

I was born and raised in small town U.S.A., a.k.a. south central Minnesota. “Gotta love the corn fields.”
As a child I used to play in the woods, down by the creek, and up and down the railroad tracks.
I love to hike, canoe, rock climb, and any other way you can enjoy the outdoors.
Though I’ve never been a hunter, I’ve always been a huge nature enthusiast and explorer, and studied fish and wildlife in high school. “Just keep the spiders away.”
Along with my passion for firefighting and running on an ambulance, I love to photograph and videotape wildlife, and get down and dirty to do it.
I am truly excited to be the video production manager for Flyway Customs. My enthusiasm for nature will deliver great footage. Enjoy the video and merchandise. God bless the U.S.A.!

I grew with hunting being a priorty and it still is a priorty! I can be found with a duck call in my mouth and my browning in my hand in the swamps and fields. There is nothing better then something with webbed feet.
John Thielen and I were the young kids that would wake up at three o clock to hunt the lake. When other kids were still playing video games we were out shooting honkers in the back bay of our lake. There is nothing better then introducing kids to the outdoors.
I have a four year old daughter thats itching at foot for me to take her out hunting. I cant wait till she shoots her first web foot!
